Where are you located ?
Our company is located in Thailand. All the products your order are send directly from here.

How long will my order take to arrive ?
Your order will be send under 24/48 hours after the receiving your payment.
Shipping costs are £4.99, this includes packaging and handling, and a tracking number.
Shipping is free for all orders over £50.
Like the package will be send from Thailand, it will take around 7 to 15 working days before you receive it.
All packages will have a tracking number and a bonus gift for purchases over £50.
The average delivery time observed is 10 days.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay by the post office in your country. After a period of 30 days following the order, if your package has not reached you, please let us know by email with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the postal services. We will then offer you the choice between a refund or a new shipment of your order.

People who contact us after 90 days, day of the order date, will no longer be able to obtain a refund or a new shipment.

Will I have problem with customs ?
For shipments we fill out a CN22 customs form. We write down the name of the product sent as well as its origin and price. We accept order all around the world, but we can not be held responsible if your package is blocked by the customs of your country. From 1 July 2021 VAT is due on all shipments imported from third countries to the European Union and England, regardless of their value. If it happens to you, the package will be returned to us between 1 to 3 months after. We will have to wait the return of it before any refund. Also, you will not have a full refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total. We are not responsible if additional taxes are added by customs when receiving your package.

How safe is my personal information ?
All your personal information will be safe, we will just receive your address for send your order and email for contact you.

Do you give medical advice ?
No - we are not to be on position to offer any medical advice. If you have any such queries, please contact your personal physician. If you want to know which product you need for your problem, please consult the page plan to this effect.

How I can pay for my order ?

• We accept payment by credit card, this is the safer and easier way to pay online.
• We accept bank transfer with our account in Europe.

Refunds and retractions ?
You have the right to retract from a purchase on the website www.painkiller-balm.co.uk without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your package. It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must first wait to receive it. Delivery times are between 7 to 15 working days. Please contact us at contact@painkiller-balm.co.uk to request your retraction.

You will then have to return the goods to the address we will communicate to you, the return costs are your responsibility. Please note only unused goods will be accepted for a refund. You have 14 days to return the products, the dates of the postage stamp will be taken for this period.

We will refund within 48 hours after receiving your package, using the same means of payment as that which you used for the initial transaction, in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
